The Customer Service Representative will be part of our award-winning Customer Support team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the business and also help with the technical needs of our merchant base. As a Customer Support Representative, you will also be assisting merchants and partners with their payment accounts by answering incoming phone calls. Calls may vary on topics regarding terminal issues such as communication problems, statements, and even rates. Depending on the question that is brought to your attention you may have to transfer the call to the right department.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
- One key responsibility is to respond to incoming merchant calls/e-mails and partner requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific key performance indicators.
- Answer merchant questions resolve problems related to billing, account management, website integration.
- Work on terminal connectivity methods and other technical issues that can occur in merchants location.
- Thoroughly and efficiently document cases in the customer relationship management system (CRM) with the current status of all ongoing issues.
- One must collaborate with managers, advanced support, product support specialists and partner groups as needed to provide one-call resolution.
